Layout:

Its pretty good, nice logo and stuff, but there are only two sections? It might just be as I'm viewing as a guest but you really need some more sections, right now I'd say the ordering is OK. Not perfect but there's only two possible ways to order it. Its good to have a portal.

Score for layout: 16/20.

Activity:

There's two users and in total nine posts, you really need stuff going on, do post exchanges, request packages. That's my advice. Also try and find friends who will stay active at your forum. But first post some topics and reply to some to make your site look even better.

Score for activity: 10/20

Staff:

Everyone is staff, you could try and sort that out by asking friends to sign up, that would help you allot. Getting normal users to join, for now, try not to give any staff memberships out until your forum has, maybe at least 20 users, if your good at promoting, this won't take you long.

Maybe get some more activity going? And then I might sign up at a later date.
